RPS — Resilience & Performance through Strength is a structured program that teaches the fundamentals of strength training in a friendly, coach-guided environment.
Schedule: 5 classes per week

Sun 8:00–9:00 AM — RPS Squat Centric

Tue 8:00–9:00 AM — RPS Push Chain

Thu 8:00–9:00 AM — RPS Posterior Drive

Fri 9:00–11:00 AM — (Ladies-Only) RPS Foundations & Extended Mobility
- Sat 9:00–11:00 AM — (Ladies-Only) RPS Foundations & Extended Mobility
Format: 60 – 120 minute sessions with warm-up, main lift, accessory work, and cooldown
Capacity: Max 9 participants (Friday & Saturday up to 12)
Goal: Move weight, build muscle, get lean, enhance joint health & metabolism, and gain confidence
Coaches: IPF world-level lifters and experienced trainers specializing in strength and mobility to build resilience and performance for everyday life.
