Refund and Returns Policy (EN)

Overview

At The Barbell Club Qatar (thebarbellclub.qa), we strive to ensure your satisfaction with all purchases. This policy outlines how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled for memberships, day passes, coaching services, and merchandise.

Refunds

  • Memberships and Day Passes: All memberships and day passes are non-refundable. Day pass access is valid for 24 hours only and cannot be extended or rescheduled.
  • Coaching Products: Coaching services and related products are strictly non-refundable, with minimal exceptions only under extraordinary circumstances, at our sole discretion.
  • Merchandise: Refunds on merchandise are available only if items are returned within 14 days of receipt, in original condition, unused, and with original packaging. Items tried on for sizing are acceptable, but use in workouts is not.
  • Sale or Clearance Items: All sale or clearance merchandise items are strictly non-refundable.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after we have approved and processed it, please check your bank or payment account first. Then contact us at info@thebarbellclub.qa for assistance.

Sale items

Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Please choose carefully before purchasing discounted products.

Exchanges

Exchanges for merchandise are accepted only for defective or damaged items, or for size changes, provided items are returned within 14 days of delivery, in original, unused condition and packaging. For hygiene reasons, some items like socks cannot be exchanged once opened. Contact info@thebarbellclub.qa to initiate an exchange.

Gifts / Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers issued by The Barbell Club Qatar can only be redeemed for eligible products or services and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Refunds or returns for purchases made using gift vouchers will be processed as store credit only, subject to standard return eligibility.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-replaceable if lost, expired, or misused.

Shipping returns

Returned merchandise should be shipped securely to:
Barbell Sports Centre.

You are responsible for the safe return of goods. Original packaging and proof of purchase must be included with all returns.
